MFFL undertakes strategic review as stakeholders seek CCL access

January 14, 2025 (MLN): Mitchells Fruit Farms Limited (PSX: MFFL) is currently undertaking a strategic review, with Syeda Maimanat Mohsin and Syeda Matanat Ghaffar (Shareholders), who hold an aggregate of 40.63% of the issued share capital of the company.

In view of the continued interest from CCL Holdings (Pvt) Limited (CCL), the shareholders have requested the company to grant CCL access to due diligence alongside IGI Investments (Pvt) Limited, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

As a result, the company will take the necessary steps to facilitate this process.

Any decision relating to the Strategic Review shall be subject to regulatory approvals as well as the execution of definitive agreements.
