January 16, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Ghani Automobile Indsutries Limited, in its meeting held on January 16, 2020, has considered the proposed merger of the company into Ghani Value Glass Limited, and accorded their consent to initiate the necessaru steps for the said merger.
