MCB Bank explores acquisition of Silkbank

May 29, 2023 (MLN): The Board of Directors of MCB Bank Limited (PSX: MCB) has accorded its in-principle approval to the management to conduct detailed due diligence of Silkbank Limited, the company's filing on PSX showed.

However, the potential transaction will be pursued subject to the favorable outcome of due diligence, internal and regulatory approvals, and definitive documents.
