September 15, 2020 (MLN): Mari Petroleum Company Limited will be holding an emergency meeting of the Board of Directors on September 17, 2020 (Thursday), to consider the Company's proposal for submission of non-binding indicative offer relating to proposed divestment of assets by an Exploration & Production Company in Pakistan.
