Mari Energies denies false fire claims

January 23, 2025 (MLN): Mari Energies Limited has issued an urgent clarification following the circulation of false reports regarding a fire at its Daharki facility.

The company strongly denied the fabricated claims and assured the public that:

No fire or related incident has occurred at any of our facilities.
All operations are running smoothly and safely without any disruptions.
There is no truth to the claims of damage, evacuations, or interruptions to gas supplies.

"We condemn the spread of misinformation and urge all of you to rely on credible sources for news," the notification issued to the local bourse reads.

The company will continue to provide accurate and timely updates on our operations and activities, it added.
