Margalla Enclave to be completed by year-end

February 11, 2025 (MLN): The development of Margalla Enclave, a joint venture between the Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Defence Housing Authority (DHA), is set to achieve 50% completion by August 14 and full completion by December 31.

The project was reviewed by Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi during his visit, where it was decided that the possession of plots would be handed over to the owners upon completion.

He also directed the construction of a new road for easy access to Margalla Enclave and emphasized that the alternate route from the Prime Minister’s House to Margalla Enclave should take no more than five minutes.

The Interior Minister instructed that the pace of development work be accelerated and all available resources be utilized to ensure timely completion.

Additionally, he ordered the immediate removal of encroachments on the road leading to Margalla Enclave.

Naqvi highlighted the strong public interest in the project due to its prime location.

He further assured that, along with its scenic setting, the enclave would offer all modern and high-standard facilities to residents.

A lake will also be built in the Margalla Enclave, as per the press release.

During the briefing, DHA Project Director informed that Margalla Enclave is being developed over 10,000 kanals, offering plots of 5 marla, 10 marla, and 1 kanal for public purchase.

The last date for submission of applications is February 14.

Furthermore, Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa and the DHA Project Director provided a detailed briefing on the development work and sector planning.
