Maqbool Textile starts yarn production from new spinning unit

January 19, 2022 (MLN): Maqbool Textile Mills Limited (MQTM) has informed that installation of the company's Unit No. 4 (MVS Spinning) stands completed and its production and sales of yarn have commenced successfully, the company’s filing on PSX showed today.

With the commencement of full production of this additional unit, the mill's overall production will increase fetching better results that will add value to shareholders’ worth, the official document of the company said.

To note, the company had earned a net profit of Rs73.45 million for the first quarter ended September 30, 2021, as compared to the net profit of Rs19.68mn for the same period last year.
