Malaysia interested in CPEC: Malaysian Envoy

The Counsel General of Malaysia in Karachi, Khairul Nazran-Abd-Rahman has said that China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a big opportunity for South Asia region and if invited his country can partner with Pakistan in potential projects in different sectors.

Talking to media at the concluding session of two-day 20th Study Malaysia Expo in Karachi, the Malaysian Envoy said that his country wants to increase bilateral trade with Pakistan which stands at $1.34 billion presently.

He said that both countries also have defense collaboration including joint trainings.
