April 09, 2025 (MLN): In a groundbreaking move that has redefined the scale of Pakistan’s mutual fund industry, Lucky Investments Limited has successfully raised Rs50 billion during the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of its debut fund, the Lucky Islamic Money Market Fund.

It has marked the largest-ever mutual fund subscription in the country’s history.

The staggering response underscores the rising demand for Sharia-compliant investment products and signals the strong investor confidence in the company’s vision and leadership.

“This is not just a milestone for Lucky Investments—it’s a landmark moment for Islamic finance in Pakistan,” said Mr. Mohammad Shoaib, Founding CEO of Lucky Investments. “We are deeply grateful for the trust investors have shown by making this historic Rs50bn subscription possible.”

The newly launched AMC plans to introduce more Sharia-compliant mutual funds in the coming months, aiming to sustain momentum by offering transparency, top-tier service, and strict adherence to Islamic financial principles.
