Lucky Core Ventures submits PAI to acquire 75% shareholding of Lotte Chemical

April 28, 2023 (MLN): Lucky Core Ventures (Private) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lucky Core Industries Limited (LCI) through its manager to offer Optimus Capital Management (Private) Limited has submitted a Public Announcement of Intention (PAI) to acquire approximately 75.01% shareholding of Lotte Chemical Pakistan Limited.

This is in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Act, 2015, and the Listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Takeovers) Regulation, 2017.

The aforesaid information was disseminated through a notification to exchange.
