LPG prices see fall of Rs4 per kg for Jan

January 01, 2025 (MLN): The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has reduced the price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) by a meagre Rs4 per kg for January 2025.

Accordingly, the consumer LPG price will now stand at Rs250.28 per kg, down from Rs254.30 per kg the previous month.

Likewise, the producer LPG price has been reduced for January to Rs209 per kg, down from Rs213 per kg in December.

The cost for consumers of the 11.8 kg LPG cylinder has been revised to Rs 2,953.36, representing a decline of Rs47.43 per cylinder from the previous price of Rs3,000.79.

Moreover, the producer LPG price was decreased by OGRA to 2,034.75.

The per kg increase in LPG consumer price is Rs4.02, OGRA  noted.
