September 01, 2023 (MLN): The price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) has been raised by Rs38.97 per kg, the latest notification issued by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) showed.
The new prices will come into effect from September 01, 2023.
As per the notification, the previous price was approximately Rs159.86 per kg, the new rate will now stand at Rs198.83 per kg.
Moreover, for an 11.8 kg LPG cylinder, the cost has been revised to Rs2,346.15, representing a significant increase from the previous price of Rs1,886.30, resulting in an increase of Rs459.85 per cylinder.
