LMSM to become 'Liven Pharma Limited'

September 02, 2024 (MLN): The High Court of Sindh has sanctioned the merger of Liven Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Limited with Landmark Spinning Industries Limited (PSX: LMSM) through an order dated September 02, 2024.

Accordingly, all assets, rights, liabilities, and obligations of LPL are now amalgamated with, transferred to, and vested in the company.

Consequently, the name of LMSM will be changed to 'Liven Pharma Limited' and the principal line of business will also be updated, subject to the completion of all applicable legal and regulatory formalities.
