KSE Ends Week on Bullish Note

KSE 100 Index ended the week with a 219.42 point gain to close at 32,969.73. Total volume was 210 m shares compared to 180 m shares from the previous session. Total companies traded were 364 out of which 203 closed up, 137 closed down and 24 remained unchanged. Market Capitalization increased by 25.9 Bn in addition to the 83Bn from the previous session. However, net points gain from previous week close was only -146.89 points. Average Daily Index volume was 178m shares compared to 124m shares from previous week.

According to Figures released by NCCPL Net Foreign Buying was $1m. However, net buying for the week was only $ 0.221 million.
