KSB Pumps seeks approval for release of rights shares funds

August 30, 2024 (MLN): KSB Pumps Company Limited (PSX: KSBP) has requested the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) to issue a 'No Objection Certificate' in favor of Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited and Central Depository Company of Pakistan Ltd. for the release of the right shares subscription amount.

This follows the company's confirmation that 17.7 million offered rights shares have been fully subscribed.

In this context, the company also provided an auditor's certificate confirming the receipt of the full subscription amounting to Rs1.947 billion for the issued right shares.
