April 14, 2025 (MLN): The securities of Kohinoor Spinning Mills Limited (PSX: KOSM) have been successfully credited into the respective accounts in the Central Depository System (CDS) as of the end of the day on April 11, 2025.

According to the company's records, the paid-up capital now stands at 435.7 million securities, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

This follows the confirmation letter dated April 09, 2025, and the Auditor Certificate received on April 11, 2025, regarding the allotment of 23.6m securities in the name of the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited.
