Kohinoor Power Company Ltd. and Saritow Spinning Mills to carry out merger

October 8, 2018 (MLN): Kohinoor Power Company Limited and Saritow Spinning Mills Limited have decided to merge/amalgamate with each other.
According to an official announcement issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the scheme of arrangements for merger/amalgamation will be presented to the Board in due course, for approval.
