June 07, 2024 (MLN): Load-shedding of six to ten hours is being carried out only on high-loss feeders of the K-Electric in Karachi, Minister of State for Power Division Ali Pervaiz Malik said while responding to a calling attention notice in the National Assembly today.

He said that feeders showing losses of over 25% face load-shedding.

Responding to another calling attention notice, Ali Pervaiz Malik said a safety commission of the European Union de-listed Pakistan from its air safety concern list last month.

Similarly, Pakistan has submitted its action plan to another safety list which is under verification process. He expressed the confidence that Pakistan Airlines flights to Europe will be resumed soon.
