K-Electric demands further extension in time for holding election of directors

January 1, 2019 (MLN): Due to delay in GOP nominations on K-Electric Board of Directors and pending acquisition of up to 66.40% voting shares of K-Electric Limited by Shanghai Electric Power Company, the company has applied to the Registrar, CRO Karachi for a further extension in time for holding election of directors, till the time GOP nominees on KE BoD are finalized and notified.
