JUBS confident of receiving NOC from NBP soon

April 10, 2025 (MLN): Jubilee Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd. (PSX: JUBS) is working on the foremost solution for obtaining the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), and JUBS is confident that it will receive the NOC from NBP very soon.

This is the only remaining requirement for the approval of Form-26 related to the change of the company name, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

Once the company receives the NOC from NBP, it will submit the same to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and then apply for the Certified True Copy of the Memorandum of Association to the SECP.

Meanwhile, JUBS will continue to report its efforts and developments in the quarterly progress report to the Exchange.
