Jubilee Life Insurance Co.’s shareholding in Highnoon Laboratories reduces to 9.99%

January 10, 2020 (MLN): Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited has sold 355,000 ordinary shares on January 9, 2020 of Highnoon Laboratories Limited at the rate of Rs. 535.01 per share.

In a notice sent to PSX on Friday, the company stated that its total shareholding in Highnoon Laboratories after the sale of shares has been reduced to 9.99%.
