JSK Holdings buys 124,500 shares of Saif Power Ltd

March 08, 2022 (MLN): Saif Power Limited (PSX: SPWL) has informed that its associated company JSK Holdings (Private) Limited has purchased 124,500 shares of Saif Power Limited at an average price of Rs20.11 through Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited on March 07, 2022, the company’s filing on bourse revealed today.

Mr. Javed Saifullah Khan, one of the directors of the company is a shareholder of JSK Holdings (Private) Limited, therefore, the purchase of shares in the Company by JSK Holdings (Private) Limited is being disclosed in terms of PSX Regulations, it added.
