JS Global denounces false WhatsApp groups claiming affiliation

August 21, 2024 (MLN): JS Global Capital Limited (PSX: JSGCL) has clarified that WhatsApp groups named 'A54 - JS account opening group / SEBI, and UBS Securities Exchange Academy' are falsely claiming to be in collaboration with JS Global.

The company made this statement in its latest filing with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.

JS Global Capital further emphasized that its directors, sponsors, and employees have no association with these groups and firmly denies any such claims.

Additionally, the company has advised the general public that JS Global, along with its directors, employees, and sponsors, accepts no responsibility for any business conducted with these groups.
