JS Global appoints Muhammad Khalilullah Usmani as new CEO

August 01, 2024 (MLN): The Board of Directors of JS Global Capital Limited (PSX: JSGCL) has appointed Muhammad Khalilullah Usmani as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company subject to regulatory approvals.

PSX vide its letter dated July 26, 2024, has stated that Muhammad Khalilullah Usmani meets the fit and proper criteria and that his appointment as CEO has been approved.

Therefore, Usmani has assumed the position and taken charge as the CEO of the company.
