JS Bank’s shareholding in JSGCL rises to 83.53%

October 9, 2019 (MLN): JS Bank Limited has informed that the paid-up-capital of JS Global Capital Limited (JSGCL), after the buyback of 7,450,000 shares of Rs. 10 each, has been reduced from 38,007,000 shares to 30,557,000 shares

As a result of the foregoing, the percentage of JS Bank Limited’s 25,525,169 shares in JSGCL has increased from 67.16% to 83.53%.
