International investors' confidence in Pakistan on the rise

April 8, 2019:  The confidence of international investors in Pakistan has increased substantially, Speaker Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Mushtaq Ghani said on Monday, as he spoke to a private news channel.

"In the coming years, Pakistan will continue to make structural reforms and take important steps to become one of the world's strongest economy," he said.            

The government, he said, was taking steps to take the looters and thieves of the public money to task. The crackdown against the corrupt would continue and no one would be spared, he added.

He also advised citizens to lead a balance lifestyle.

Mushtaq Ghani said that country cannot move forward without stabilizing economy and it will get strengthened if we work with good will, honesty and with balance lifestyles.

Replying a Question, he said that the government’s main focus will be on skill development so that the people can perform their best not only for their own country but also in foreign countries.
