Intermarket Securities revises offer to acquire majority stake in EFG Hermes

November 22, 2023 (MLN): Intermarket Securities Limited has made a revised public offer to acquire at least 51% shareholding and control of EFG Hermes Pakistan Limited (PSX: EFGH), as revealed in EFGH’s filing on the local bourse today.

Multiline Securities Limited, serving as the manager to the offer, made this announcement on November 21, 2023.

EFGH is a corporate member of Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited and acts as a service provider with MUFAP.

It is engaged in financial brokerage, corporate finance and financial research.

At the time of writing, the company's share is being traded at Rs13.20, up by 44 paisa or 3.45% compared to its previous close.
