Imperial Ltd to sell major assets of company

January 10, 2022 (MLN): The board of directors of Imperial Limited, in a meeting held on January 7, 2022, has discussed to approve the sale of freehold land, buildings on freehold land, plant and machinery, and other assets of the company located at Karmanwala, Tehsil Phalia, District Mandi Bahauddin, the company filing on PSX showed today.

The aforesaid proposed resolution is subject to the approval of the shareholders as ordinary resolution with or without any modification, addition, or deletion in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), the notice said.
