Imperial Limited set to sell key assets

December 26, 2024 (MLN): The shareholders of Imperial Limited (PSX: IML) have given their consent for the sale and disposal of the company's assets located at Karmanwala, Tehsil Phalia, District Mandi Bahauddin.
The resolution encompasses the divestment of Freehold Land, Buildings on Freehold Land, Plant and Machinery, Furniture & Fixtures, Equipment, and other associated assets.
In addition, the Board of Directors is authorized and empowered for the Assets Sale.
The Board may delegate its powers to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or any other person on such terms and conditions they deem fit, to act on behalf of the Company.
