IML decides to sell company’s assets located at Karmanwala, Tehsil Phalia

October 28, 2022 (MLN): The board of directors of Imperial Limited (IML) on Friday approved the sale of the company's assets located at Karmanwala, Tehsil Phalia comprised of freehold land, buildings on freehold land, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, equipment and other assets, the company’s filings on the stock exchange showed on Friday.

The further company added, “As part and parcel of the foregoing consent, the board be and are hereby authorized and empowered for the asset’s sale”.

The board may delegate its powers to Chief Executive Officer or any other person on such terms and conditions they deem fit to act on behalf of the company in doing and performing all acts and deeds to implement and give effect to the asset sale and the transaction contemplated by it, the report added.
