IMF mission to visit Pakistan next month for decisive talks on Bailout Package: Finance Minister

March 16, 2019 (MLN): A mission from the IMF is expected to visit Pakistan next month to hold decisive talks on the bailout package.

The Finance Minister, while addressing the media, said that there will be a meeting with the IMF in Washington, during IMF’s annual meeting next month, and the hope is that a Mission from the IMF will visit Pakistan for a final meeting on the bailout package.

He also revealed that the IMF new mission Chief Ernesto Ramirez Rigo is expected to visit Pakistan later this month.
