IGI Insurance to form local subsidiary for providing technology led business solutions

June 15, 2020 (MLN): IGI General Insurance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of IGI Holdings Limited, has informed that on June 12, 2020, the board of directors of the company approved the formation of a wholly owned local subsidiary, which will be engaged in providing technology led business solutions including training services in the market.
