ICI Pakistan decides not to proceed capital growth transactions with intl financial institution

January 28, 2020 (MLN): ICI Pakistan via notification to PSX has disclosed that the company has decided not to proceed the transaction which it had received an expression of interest from an international financial institution to invest PKR 7.0 billion for growth capital dated July 25, 2019 as company’s cash flows, as indicated by the half-yearly accounts ended December 31, 2019, are sufficient to fund any current growth plans of the company.
