November 26, 2019 (MLN): Akzo Nobel Pakistan Limited via notification to PSX that the directors of ICI Omicron B.V (currently holding 75.81% of the shareholding) have resolved that ICI Omicron B.V. shall consider purchasing all outstanding securities and shares of Akzo Nobel Pakistan Limited, without exception, from all security holders with the purpose to increase ownership and to de-list the company.

ICI Omicron will purchase the shares in accordance with the PSX regulations.
