HUMNL denies CEO resignation claims, confirms Duraid Qureshi still in charge

January 27, 2025 (MLN): Hum Network Limited (PSX: HUMNL) has denied media reports claiming that Duraid Qureshi stepped down as CEO, clarifying that he remains the CEO and is actively managing the company's affairs.

The management of the company is in the early stages of succession planning and part of such planning includes identification of a potential successor, assessment of such person, and their training for the future.

Any decision with respect to the role of CEO of the company will be disclosed promptly and transparently, if and when such decision is made by the board of HUMNL, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The company urges its public shareholders and other stakeholders to only place reliance upon information disseminated by the company through official channels.

The company advises not to be influenced by information from any other sources.
