HUBC to acquire at least 37% shareholding of ThalNova Power Thar

October 17, 2018 (MLN): The Hub Power Company Limited (HUBC) in its latest notification has announced its intention to commence a due diligence of ThalNova Power Thar Private Limited, to acquire not less than 37% of the total shareholding of the ThalNova (“Transaction”), subject to the receiving the requisite Corporate and Regulatory approvals in connection with the transaction.
