Hong Kong stocks sharply down at break

Hong Kong, Feb 22 (AFP/APP):Hong Kong stocks finished Thursday morning more than one percent lower following the release of Federal Reserve minutes that fanned expectations US interest rates will rise further than previously expected.

The Hang Seng Index lost 1.07 percent, or 336.12 points, to sit at 31,095.77 by the break.
