Hascol Petroleum to increase its share capital by Rs 40 billion

?February 23, 2021 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Hascol Petroleum Limited, in their Extraordinary Meeting held on February 23, 2021, has granted its approval to raise the authorized share capital of the company from Rs. 10 billion to Rs. 50 billion.

The aforesaid information was disseminated via a notification issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
