GTECH to begin commercial production at Calcium Carbide plant in 4QFY23

September 29, 2022 (MLN): G3 Technologies Limited (GTECH) has announced that it plans to commence commercial production at its Calcium Carbide plant in the fourth quarter of FY23, the company said in a press release.

“The approval of the opening of the letter of credit (LC) for the left-over items of the Calcium Carbide plant has been received by the company. With the shipment and installation of the remaining items of the plant and machinery the company is targeting commercial production during the 4QFY23,” the company said.

The company further added it has received regulatory approval from the Environment Protection Agency (EPA) to set up the Calcium Carbide plant in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
