Govt to unveil five-year economic plan for growth, relief

August 16, 2024 (MLN): The government has prepared a five-year economic plan to provide relief to the people and ensure economic growth, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar said in a media briefing in Lahore yesterday.

He said the Prime Minister will present his five-year economic plan to the nation during his address.

According to the Minister, the government is striving to achieve economic and political stability in the country.

He said the government would provide relief to the people with electricity bills.

Attaullah Tarar welcomed the process of self-accountability by institutions, stating that it should be adopted by every institution.
