Govt to continue efforts for export-oriented sustainable growth: Dr. Hafeez Shaikh

November 20, 2020: Prime Minister's Adviser Dr. Abdul Hafeez Shaikh has said the government will continue its efforts for an export-oriented and domestic productivity-driven sustainable growth in the country.
In a tweet on Thursday, he said the PTI government inherited a Current Account Deficit of 19.2 billion dollars, which we reduced to three billion dollars in last fiscal year and now a surplus of 1.2 billion dollars this year with fourth consecutive monthly surplus.
