Gold price increases by Rs100 per tola on Monday

April 26, 2021 (MLN): The price of 24 karat per tola gold increased by Rs100 and was available at Rs 104,600 against the last close of Rs104,500.

According to the data released by Karachi Sarafa Association, the price of ten-gram 24 karat gold also increased by Rs86 and was traded at Rs8,9678 against the price of Rs89,592 reported on previous trading day. While 10-gram 22 karat gold valued at Rs82,204.

On the contrary, the price of per tola silver and ten-gram silver remained unchanged at Rs1,350 and Rs1,157.40, respectively.

Meanwhile, the demand for yellow metal increased by $3 in international markets and was sold at US $1,780 against the previous closing at $1,777 per ounce, while silver was valued at $26.07, the association added.
