Gold price in Pakistan rises Rs3,700 per tola

May 13, 2025 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan increased on Tuesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs344,200 per tola, up Rs3,700.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs295,096 after a gain of Rs3,173, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted higher at Rs270,514 per 10-gram.

Similarly, silver prices rose in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs3,482 per tola (+Rs82) and Rs2,985 per 10-gram (+Rs71).

Globally, spot gold traded near $3,258 an ounce, up $21.5 or 0.67% from the previous session.

Gold prices rose on Tuesday as the dollar crept lower and initial optimism over a trade truce between the United States and China ebbed, while investors looked forward to U.S. inflation data due later in the day.
