Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs700 per tola

October 31, 2024 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Thursday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs287,200 per tola, down Rs700.

The Karachi Sarafa Association reported the price of 24-karat gold at Rs246,228 per 10-gram, down Rs600.

Similarly, the price of 22-karat gold was quoted lower at Rs225,709 per 10-gram.

On the other hand, silver prices rose in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs3,450 per tola (+Rs100) and Rs2,958 per 10-gram (+Rs86).

On the global front, spot gold traded near $2,779 an ounce, down $5.7 or 0.21% from the previous session.
