GHGL temporarily halts float glass furnace for maintenance

February 23, 2024 (MLN): The management of Ghani Glass Limited (PSX: GHGL) on Friday informed that one of the furnaces of Float Glass has been shut down due to repair and maintenance purposes.
The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing and sale of glass containers and float glass.
Glass Industry has been playing a vital role in creating job opportunities, saving foreign exchange by producing import substitutes and developing the country by fetching foreign exchange by exporting globally by using indigenous raw materials.
The company is the major provider of glass containers to the Health Industry and Food/Beverage Industry of Pakistan.
