Ghani Global’s share capital to be increased to PKR 3 billion

August 5, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Ghani Global Glass Limited, in their meeting held on Wednesday, August 5, 2020, has approved the expansion plan and to raise certain funds through further issue of share capital, to be effectuated once the corporate formalities are completed.

The Board also decided to increase the authorized share capital of the company from Rs. 2 billion to Rs. 3 billion, subject to approval by shareholders of the company.
