Ghani Global signs MoU with Ethiopian company to manufacture air separation unit

December 24, 2019 (MLN): Ghani Global Holdings Limited via notification to Pakistan Stock Exchange has informed that the company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Ethiopian company in a joint venture for the manufacturing of air separation unit of three gases; liquid oxygen, nitrogen and argon in Addis Abada, Ethiopia.
In addition to participation in equity for the establishment of this project, Ghani Global Limited will charge technical fees of the services to be provided.
