May 23, 2025 (MLN): Gatron (Industries) Limited (PSX: GATI) Board of Directors has approved the draft Scheme of Arrangement under Sections 279 to 283 and 285 of the Companies Act, 2017, through a Resolution by Circulation dated May 22, 2025.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

The Scheme involves Gatron (Industries) Limited, Nova Frontiers Limited, Ghani & Tayub (Private) Limited, and their shareholders.
