Gandhara Nissan renamed to Ghandhara Automobiles Limited

April 20, 2023 (MLN): The name of Ghandhara Nissan Limited (PSX: GHNL) has changed to Ghandhara Automobiles Limited with effect from April 18. 2023, the company's filing on PSX showed today.

This development comes after obtaining the approval of the exchange commission.

"A certificate of incorporation on Change of Name has been issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) in this respect," the notification sent to PSX read.
