FPRM to form subsidiary to scale up AML/CFT business

July 12, 2023 (MLN): The Board of Directors (BoD) of First Paramount Modaraba (PSX: FPRM) has approved the formation of a subsidiary of the company to scale up the areas of operations of their AML CFT-related business.

Modaraba's principal activities include the deployment of funds for Murabaha, Modaraba, and Musharaka arrangements.

At the time of writing, the share of the company is being traded at Rs3.85, down by 15 paisa or 3.75% DoD.
